Matt and his crew of skilled tradesmen provided us with a great exterior renovation of our 1977 ranch home. We added a garage bay, gabled and expanded the front porch and entrance way, added a patio and an egress window from a basement bedroom. The project included new roofing, soffits, facia and freeze boards, siding and gutters. Throughout the project the site lead (Dan) kept us updated regarding their progress and involved us when there were options to get our preference. Work quality is great! Communication and responsiveness (Matt) were great. High quality materials and a highly skilled work crew have transformed our aged ranch into a new, cozy look and feel. Site cleanup was thorough and the crew were always polite, professional and respectful. What's not to love about these guys? We couldn't be happier with the results of their hard work. Remodel of bathroom. What a great experience. They were so good with us. Kept us informed through whole process. The work is beautiful. Can't wait to have them do my kitchen. Huge shout out to John and Tyler. They were top notch. Matt has great guys working for him. I loved that they were dedicated to us. My husband and I were very comfortable with the whole process.

We contracted MCB to build our dream home after retiring from the Navy, it was time to put roots back home!

Having never built a home before I went in apprehensive and skeptical with a good amount of horror stories from friends and family of the process.

We made sure to have a good size set aside for the inevitable price change or mishap. With all that said, our home was finished in a little over 9 months! Matt and his team worked with every possible delay and mistake to keep the project on track and within budget. Even with us changing "small" details on the plans, like adding a sunroom!

It has been about 8 months since the project was finished and we are absolutely happy with how everything turned out! If you are in need of a new build or remod, I strongly encourage you to give Matt a call. His team will treat your project like their own! Especially Dan and Tadd! Kinda sad they won't be around the project anymore.

Motor City Builders did a re-model on our master bathroom. I could not be more happy. Matt was courteous and professional. Aaron did most of the work and was excellent. He was able to solve any problems that arose. I would definitely recommend this company. I discovered Motor City Builders through a neighbor who had her bathroom re-modeled. I then discovered another neighbor used this company to re-model their bathroom. This speaks volumes about this company.

5 star contractor!! Motor City just recently completed a 7 month additional that included a Master Suite, Office, Laundry/Mud room, covered deck and 3 car garage and I couldn't be more pleased. Despite some weather issues, surprises and add ons by us, they completed the job on time. Any issues/concerns that came up were addressed and resolved immediately giving me a comfort and trust I never thought I would have with a contractor. I was nervous about living through such a large project with 2 small children and one on the way, but Dave, Matt and their crews were so great to work with. Everyone who came into our house was professional, friendly, accommodating to my family needs and produced superior work quality. Part of me was sad to see them go when the job was complete. It is nice to deal with a company that take personal pride in their work. This was our third and biggest project with Motor City and I would highly recommend them!!

Have had excellent experience with Dave and Motor City since 1996. They have done several jobs for us and we have been extremely happy with all of them. Having 3 decks built in couple of weeks. Always on time with scheduling and goes out of his way to accommodate us. Will only use Motor City for our remodel jobs. They do a great job. We are always receiving nice compliments on their work. Very happy indeed.

Motor City just finished our master suite remodel and it turned out great. Matt had great design ideas and was willing to answer any and all of my questions. Kevin was very friendly and did a great job on the tile work. Will definitely use them again!

If you are looking for a great contractor I highly recommend Matt and Motor City Builders. Had the crew install siding on our home as well as paint our windows and garage door. Excellent work. The entire crew was very responsive, concerned about the quality of their work, trustworthy and FRIENDLY! We were very impressed with the work ethic of all the crews David sent to us. Carpenters arrived before daylight and worked steadily all day. Workers were polite and considerate and just a pleasure to have around, often going above and beyond what was required. We felt comfortable leaving the house while they worked - knew we could trust them completely. Project was completed in a timely manner, even though it was done during the Winter. Dave kept a close eye on the project and nothing escaped his notice. Everything had to be perfect! We are just thrilled with our new room and larger kitchen, and would definitely use this provider again. Thank you.
